The machine seems to be working fine though I have not been able to use it properly because it does not come with a suction handle attachment that goes into the mouth. I asked if I should purchase attachments and I was read the parts list that comes with the machine. It would have been helpful to have been given a list of items/attachments that are available with this machine so I wouldn't have to order them separately and wait more time to use this item.
