I ordered “reusable” pill pouches and received “disposable” pill pouches. (which are available at most stores at much lower cost). Some years ago I bought the EZY DOSE Pill Pouches that were made of a more substantial thickness and have been using them over and over. It’s time to replace them and I thought that I had ordered the reusable, thicker variety as advertised.
Please advise if you offer the REAL reusable variety, and if so, how do I trade what you sent for what I ordered.
